This video, in its entirety, has been made in the closed circle of a video camera and a TV set (visual and acoustic feed-back). Personally, I find it interesting as a result of nothing, i.e. of electronic impulses that constitute merely “snow” to a regular viewer, whereas I see them as a virtual universe.
The video is employed in a video installation presented at the 24th Zagreb Salon in 1998. Projected from the back side of a screen, it is positioned so that the viewer is obliged to cross through the projection, casting his/her shadow across the screen in the process.
The video installation is an allusion to “the people in the TV set”, and the typical children’s questions about the box and its “inhabitants”.
